EACH ENTRY MUST INCLUDE:
1. Broadcast/Cable entry recorded on DVD-R,
or Advanced Media entry on CD-R
2. TWO completed copies of the official entry form (or
photocopies) of both sides for EACH entry.
No attachments to entries, except Set Design.
3. Payment Form with check, purchase order or credit
card, payable to NATAS NASHVILLE.
4. You must edit out commercial content leaving two
to five seconds of black.
5. Send entries to: EMMY AWARDS, 161 Rains Avenue, Nashville,
TN 37203, by August 17, 2007

entrant and individual entry fee
